Unfortunately, someone has dropped off a beagle mix at Delaware Rec Area. It's been there about a week and needs a good home. LaDonna and I have fed this guy the past few days and it is really a good dog. Very friendly but I think it was abused in the past as it's a bit skittish. Please call or text me ASAP if your interested. I'll deliver.
