LaDonna and I found a Neotropic Cormorant today on Lake Dardanelle. It was on a pole just east of Delaware Rec Area. There was a Double-crested Cormorant nearby for comparison. Also, about 30 Ring-billed Gulls on the lake. I took this photo of the Neotropic, with my iphone, through my scope. It's not very good but you can see the long tail and, if you look really hard, you can see a bit of white bordering at the rear of the gular pouch.
