Just a few years ago, I saw my first White-winged Dove in Arkansas, perched on a power line near McDonalds on Hwy 278/4. We've seen them intermittently during the past year in the city of Camden. This morning, I observed a lone WWDO perched on a power line about 2 blocks from my work place on Maul Road. This isn't very far from Dick and Liz Taylor's home, where they've also observed this species.

They're here. Well established in Ft. Smith. And, apparently established in Camden. Extreme southeast AR may be next, if not already.
