The 54th Supplement to the AOU Checklist has been released. An overview may be found at:

In a nutshell, there were no lumps or splits that affected Arkansas as I recall but the scientific names of Buff-breasted Sandpiper and Ruff were changed. Both are now in the genus Calidris. The Order Charadriiformes and the genus Calidris were both reorganized. The genus Haemorhous, which for Arkansas includes House and Purple Finch, was reorganized too.
