Before the first of the year I realized, that due to the many lingering vagrants, 2013 might be a good year to attempt an Arkansas Big Year. Doing a Big Year can be a Big Pain sometimes but I truly enjoy getting out and trying to chase down every bird possible. It's a challenge and I've always liked challenges. My previous ABY best is 313 in 2007. Dick Baxter topped that a few years later with 318. I don't know if I can but, I'm hoping for 325. Buff-breasted Sandpiper this afternoon put me at 303.
