Here are 2 dragonflies photographed at the Okay Levee, Millwood Lake, Howard County. Although as stated in the subject line, they are not exclusive to SW AR but they both are usually easy to find on the levee in season. The Sulphur-tipped Clubtail will be added first followed by the Checkered Setwing.
